The file C_auris_B8441_S_cerevisiae_orthologs.txt shows ortholog
mappings between Candida auris B8441 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae S288C.

The mappings are derived from the curated syntenic groupings at the
Candida Gene Order Browser (CGOB).  Please visit the CGOB website at
http://cgob3.ucd.ie/ for more details.

The format of the pairwise ortholog and Best Hit files (updated
September 2012) contains three tab-delimited columns for each
organism.
For each organism, the columns display:
- the systematic name of the gene
- the standard/genetic name of the gene (if one exists)
- the database identifier for the gene

The protein sequences corresponding to the gene identifiers listed in
the file are available here:

For proteins in these species that do not have an identified ortholog
in the other species, we use BLASTP to identify the best hit.
