The /download/sequence/C_albicans_SC5314/Assembly21 directory
contains all of CGD's current and archived sequence files for
Assembly 21.

The subdirectory "current" contains the latest updates of
the C. albicans SC5314 sequences. It is updated weekly.

The subdirectory "archive" contains all previous versions
of the sequences.

The subdirectory "archived_as_released" contains the initial
(2007) release of each chromosome sequence.
