Comprehensive annotation of the transcriptome of the human fungal pathogen
Candida albicans using RNA-seq. Genome Res. 2010 Sep 1. [Epub ahead of print]
(PMID: 20810668)

The files contents according to the authors:

Table S1. Table which contains the information about 5' and 3' untranslated
regions (UTRs) of all of the previously annotated genes which were detected in
this study. Includes information such as the chromosomal coordinates of the
transcription start and stop sites as well as the size of the UTRs.

Table S2. List of 41 novel introns that were discovered during this
study. Includes information such as the chromosomal coordinates and strand of
each of the introns as well as short description about how it affects the
existing CGD annotation.

Table S3. List of all 602 novel transcripts identified in this
study. Includes information such as chromosomal coordinates and strand from
which each gene is expressed. "b" denotes that the strand could not be
determined.

Table S4. Log RPKM data for all transcripts (including previously annotated
and novel) under each of the conditions tested. The biological replicates
were maintained as separate columns.

Table S5. List of oligonucleotides used to validate the presence of the novel
introns discovered by RNA-seq.
