This directory contains raw data from the paper by Sellam et al (2010) Experimental annotation  
of the human pathogen Candida albicans coding and noncoding transcribed regions using
high-resolution tiling arrays. Genome Biol. 2010 Jul 9;11(7):R71 (PMID: 20618945).

The expression data (Biofilm vs yeast, Caecum vs yeast, yeast vs hypha) are provided in a 
GFF-like format with the following columns:
Probe ID, Chromosome, Start, End, Cy3 signal intensity, Cy5 signal intensity

The sequences for each probe of the tiling array are provided in new_probe.txt (for Watson
strand) and new_probeRC.txt (for Crick strand). Please note that the version of the genome
sequence (provided in Ca21.nt.txt) does not include the updates based on comparative analysis
described in Butler et al (2009).

The normalized data for RNA polymerase occupancies (RNAP_Chip-chip_new.txt) are provided for each
subunit.
